隨著人口高齡化，長者的身心健康是和諧社區的基石。
「健麗美 」 積極響應政府基層醫療與社區照顧政策，聯合各區地區康健站、長者鄰舍中心、社區服務中心及慈善機構，合辦專為銀髮族設計的「長者日常生活健康講座與工作坊」。我們以深入淺出、互動有趣的方式，將健康知識帶入社區，全方位守護長者的晚年生活，促進社區關懷共融！
