Corporate Good, Community Wellness

About Us

Founded in 2015, Venus House is a social enterprise platform dedicated to supporting personal growth, promoting holistic well-being, and encouraging a balanced lifestyle.

We believe that good health should not be a privilege for a few, but a form of support that everyone deserves. Through professional, caring, and personalised services, we support corporate employees, older adults, children with special educational needs (SEN), caregivers, and families in improving their physical and mental well-being, discovering their potential, and building a more comfortable and confident life at their own pace.

Our Vision

We are committed to promoting the philosophy of “Inclusive Wellness, Enjoy Life.” We aim to ensure that people of different ages, abilities, and backgrounds can access appropriate wellness support, learning opportunities, and pathways for personal development.

Our vision is to build a more caring, inclusive, and vibrant community, where physical and mental well-being becomes a natural part of everyday life.

Our Social Enterprise Employment and Training Commitment

We are committed to promoting inclusive employment by giving priority to people aged 40 and above, as well as single parents. We provide meaningful job opportunities and development platforms for people who may face barriers to employment.

In addition to employment opportunities, we provide on-the-job training and skills-development programmes. These help our team members strengthen practical skills in customer service, communication, activity support, and wellness promotion, while building confidence and long-term employability.

Through employment and training, we aim to help more people realise their strengths and improve their quality of life. At the same time, we enhance our service quality and extend support to more community members, families, and people in need—building a caring, healthy, and energetic community together.

Our Social Enterprise Commitment

Venus House operates under a social enterprise model that combines sustainable business operations with social impact. We generate income primarily through our services and programmes, enabling us to sustain daily operations while advancing our social mission.

We are committed to reinvesting no less than 65% of our distributable profits into our business and social purposes, including:

  • Creating local employment and skills-development opportunities

  • Continuously improving and expanding our wellness services

Our main operating costs include instructor fees, venue rental, product materials, administration, operations, and marketing. By sustaining our services through earned income, we can reduce reliance on external funding. Through profit reinvestment, we can reach more beneficiaries and expand our social impact—creating a positive cycle of income, service, and impact.
